- Comprehensive Services: While we specialize in repairing most major brands, please note that we are unable to repair certain types of radios, including Amateur Radios, HAM, CB, GMRS, FRS, Marine Radios, Aviation Radios, or Intrinsically Safe Radios.
Radio Repair Rates
- Estimate Fee: $35.00 (waived if repaired or if a replacement radio is purchased instead)
- Bench Labor Rate: $125.00/hr (charged by the 1/10th of the hour)
- Warranty Repair Processing Fee: $29.95
- Additional Costs: Additional charges may apply for radios with excessive dirt, wear, missing parts, damaged housing, or LCD display damage.
Repair Estimates
All repairs are pre-authorized by the customer for an estimate of $175.00 per radio. If the estimate exceeds $175, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding with the repair or offer the option to purchase a new radio.
Additional Accessories:
Batteries, belt clips, antennas, and other accessories can be ordered separately or replaced upon request. Simply indicate your preferences on the repair form and they will be conveniently added to the total repair cost.
How to Get Started:
- Download Our Radio Repair Form: Fill out the form with the necessary information and include a copy in the box when shipping your radios to our office in Irvine.
- Prior to shipping, remember to disconnect the battery from the radio to ensure safety during transit.
