Sales / Marketing Support

Position Overview

Eagle Communications is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our sales, service, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, excels at multitasking, and is eager to contribute to both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and order-related questions.

Sales & Service Coordination

  • Support daily activities for the sales and service teams.
  • Coordinate schedules, process documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on customer needs.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, monthly email newsletter, social media content, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain schedule for social media postings.
  • Help maintain company websites, online listings, and digital marketing platforms.

Content Development

  • Create and edit marketing materials, and other customer-facing documents.
  • Support the development of print and digital promotional assets.

Administrative Operations

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Qualifications

Communication Skills

Sales / Account Manager

Position Overview

Eagle Communications is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales / Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering communication solutions that improve safety, productivity, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who enjoys prospecting, consulting with customers, managing projects, and helping organizations solve real-world communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries, including education, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, property management, and logistics.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upgrades, and expanded services.

Solution Consulting

  • Assess customer communication requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and system recommendations.
  • Present product features, benefits, and return-on-investment to decision-makers.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and customer expectations throughout the sales and implementation process.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate support resources when needed.
  • Build trust and position Eagle Communications as a valued long-term partner.

Qualifications

Sales Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue goals.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, directors, and executive-level decision-makers.

Relationship Building

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to establish credibility and develop long-term customer relationships.

Organization & Technology

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business software tools.
  • Ability to learn technical products and communicate complex solutions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling technology, telecommunications, wireless communications, IT solutions, security systems, or related products.
  • Knowledge of two-way radio systems, LTE Push-to-Talk solutions, or commercial communication technologies is a plus.
