Position Descriptions
Sales / Marketing Support
Provide administrative, customer, and marketing support for communication systems and related technologies. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are organized, customer-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working with technology with an emphasis on social media, email campaigns and print material. Responsibilities include assisting with customer communications, coordinating service and sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, preparing proposals and promotional materials, and helping ensure excellent customer service and team collaboration. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Being familiar with Word Press, Excel and graphic design software is a plus.
Sales / Account Manager
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, in different vertical markets, while identifying opportunities for growth and expanded services. This position focuses on new business development, customer satisfaction, project coordination and solution consulting.
