HORIZON Dispatching Platform
The HORIZON Dispatch platform offers a sleek and user-friendly interface designed for seamless group and individual communication, as well as precise location tracking for Hytera Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) radios. This platform operates on HORIZON’s nationwide subscription service.
HORIZON Dispatch enables instant group and individual voice and video calls, along with text messaging and image sharing capabilities. Utilizing the GPS functionality embedded in Hytera PoC devices, the platform provides real-time tracking of driver locations and travel routes, complete with time-stamped data for accurate monitoring.
Instant Nationwide Group Calling
HORIZON Dispatch facilitates seamless nationwide voice and video group calling, allowing one or multiple dispatchers to communicate with both pre-programmed and dynamic call groups. This feature offers instant connectivity within customized calling areas, enabling dispatchers to create and manage frequently used groups for efficient operations. The platform supports full-duplex calls for individual communications, where both parties can speak simultaneously, as well as half-duplex calls for group interactions.
GPS Fleet Tracking
HORIZON Dispatch offers comprehensive GPS tracking capabilities, allowing for the real-time monitoring of multiple user locations and travel routes, complete with time stamps. This feature enhances the management and dispatching of vehicle fleets and remote workers. The system supports real-time tracking of speed and direction, with customizable speed alerts. Dispatchers can create geofences on the map to establish boundaries for specific territories and service areas, triggering alarms when users enter or exit these defined zones. Integrated with Google Maps, dispatchers can direct resources where needed and provide drivers with directions around traffic in real time.
Share Video and Pictures
HORIZON Dispatch enables live video streaming from camera-enabled radios, facilitates video calls, and supports the sharing of video clips and multimedia messages between users and dispatchers. The platform allows for real-time video conferencing with remote workers, providing a comprehensive view of situations to aid in problem-solving. Dispatchers can also receive images from workers using PoC devices equipped with cameras and share these visuals with others in the field.
Call Recording and Storage
HORIZON Dispatch provides comprehensive call recording and storage capabilities, allowing for the immediate review, playback, search, and export of logs related to calls, messages, emergency alarms, geofencing alerts, and overspeed warnings. Users can export reports to generate tables, statistics, and graphs, detailing the frequency of private and group voice and video calls.

HORIZON Dispatch operates seamlessly on a standard Chrome web browser, eliminating the need for client software installations or updates. Dispatchers can simply sign in, with the platform supporting unlimited simultaneous users through separate dispatcher accounts.

The platform enables communication between all users and dispatchers through customizable text or voice messages, whether free-form or pre-programmed.
- SAFETY FEATURES
HORIZON Dispatch enhances worker safety by supporting the sending and receiving of emergency alarms or calls. Dispatchers can also remotely activate monitoring of audio and video during emergency situations.
- REMOTE STUN, KILL, AND REVIVE
For added security, the platform offers the ability to remotely stun (temporarily disable), revive (reactivate), or kill (permanently disable) radios that are lost, stolen, or used maliciously.
