Rental Requirements
Completed & signed Rental Agreement
Full payment in advance ( first & last on monthly rentals )
Insurance Certificate or Valid Purchase Order or Credit Card Authorization for deposit
1. Minimum 2 day rental for all equipment.
2. Equipment will be available for pick-up between 1:pm - 4:pm the day before the rental.
3. Equipment must be returned before 12:noon the day after the rental.
4. A one(1) day rental will be charged on confirmed orders that are canceled.
5. Renters are responsible for the proper care, use and return of equipment.
6. Equipment lost, stolen or not returned on time will be charged regular daily rental rates until
returned or replacement value is paid in full.
Rental Policy
EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS takes great pride in the equipment and services we provide. Please take
a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our rental policy.
1. Equipment rented is of top quality and is checked prior to rental for premium operation &
condition. All equipment must be returned in premium condition.
2. Equipment is rented for purposes for which the equipment was specifically designed. Any use of
equipment, other than the intended use, will immediately revoke the customer's rental without
release of obligation for rental charges.
3. All users of rented equipment must be informed of proper radio use & operation.
Guidelines for proper use include:
a. Have radio on proper channel and volume position.
b. Clip radio to belt when to on standby.
c. Turn portable radio off when charging.
d. Remove antenna when transporting.
Examples of misuse include:
a. Exposing equipment to harsh conditions including: extreme heat, excessive moisture, water &
other liquids.
b. Attempting to peel, loosen or remove any permanent part or labeling of the equipment.
c. Hitting the radio against any object.
d. Holding or swinging the radio by the antenna or accessories.
e. Excessive use of knobs, buttons or switches.
By following these common sense rules, renters can protect themselves from additional liability.
Together, through proper care, EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS will provide to our customers top quality
equipment at low rental rates.
